I have lived at Vista Germantown for three years and have loved it immensely. Was I remaining in Nashville, I would have stayed longer. The management and maintenance team are wonderful and have been a joy. They are friendly, supportive, and quick to respond. They coordinate ongoing events that keep everyone connected, creating a genuine community, but also leave you to your peace, so there's a nice balance. Basically, you can be social or a homebody and you'll enjoy living here. It sits right in the heart of Germantown, so is a perfect location if you want to be near coffee shops, restaurants, bars and the park. Also nice is that it sits close to every highway and is therefore an easy drive to every other part of Nashville. The property is well cared for and the other tenants are great. I can't speak for other apartments, but mine was always quiet (the walls and floor seem pretty thick so I think most probably have quiet as well). I can't speak of this place highly enough. I've loved living here and will miss it.

This is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in! Incredible location and the property is clean with great amenities. Want to give a shout out to my leasing agent, Cali Gorman who always goes above and beyond and has a great energy all around!
