I love living at Avalon Dunn Loring! It is super close to the metro as well as Mosaic. Upgraded appliances, wood floor and relatively quiet neighbors. The staff is super friendly and maintenance is quick as well as efficient. Thank you Oscar for fixing my AC. The only downside is that in the past few months there have been multiple fire alarms that have gone off due to someone tampering with them or other incidentals. Overall, very happy and I have resigned for a 2nd year. Update! The fire alarm situation has been resolved. Becca and Danny at the concierge have been beyond helpful with my experience at Avalon. Becca was fundamental in my ability to transfer to Avalon Dunn Loring from Tysons corners as well as while I live here. She has also been exceptional while I’ve transferred from building one at Avalon Dunn loring too building 2. She is providing consistent exceptional care with all of my questions and always been very responsive via email as well as phone calls. Danny is absolutely exceptional and has helped me get packages as well as unlocked building 2 when I have forgotten my keys! Additionally Danny has always been extremely courteous, kind and respectful whenever I have questions or need help.I am so excited about another year Avalon Dunn Loring!! Thank you to all of the Avalon Dunn Loring staff and maintenance team for always being extremely responsive and helpful.

The best thing about this community is the daytime concierge, Anyssa. She has been so kind to me. From a very warm welcome, promptly notifying me when I have packages, and as I moved out today, she helped me move my furniture. The community itself has had issues with broken amenities, fire alarms, and other inconveniences. However, Anyssa’s warm smile definitely makes this place feel like home.
