The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances. There is a washer and dryer provided for your use in the unit. The dining area has a sliding glass door to the side yard. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, and a full bathroom, which is also updated! Utilities are a flat $200.00 per month. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11-month lease minimum. Minimum acceptable credit score of 650. Monthly income requirement is 2 times the amount of rent. Please call for additional qualification details and to schedule a showing.
