Fantastic place to live for Rutgers students looking for off-campus housing. The building is in a great location, the apartments are newly rennovated and the building staff is extremely responsive and kind. At the start of the year I had a really large package delivered to the building that I couldn't move on my own and a maintenance worker with the building helped me move it. I originally thought the building looked too good to be true, but it was even better than what I expected it to be. I can't emphasize it enough - this building is exactly what I was hoping for and more.

The team at The Hub on Morrell was incredibly helpful throughout the entire lease-signing process. I have to particularly thank Ben for effortless communication and all around great service. The apartments themselves are very well maintained and I would recommend that anyone looking to live off campus at Rutgers New Brunswick seriously consider The Hub on Morrell!
