**Updated*** This apartment complex has gotten so much better thanks to ms Gracie. She’s probably the best manager that this complex has seen. She’s very attentive and will make sure that whatever issue you have gets fixed right away. If I could rate a zero I would. This place has the WORST management, they don’t know how to properly communicate or get things fixed in a timely manner (if they even get to fixing it). The apartments are horrible and falling apart, not to mention you don’t get the apartment move in ready when you get the keys. Yet somehow the office employees always manage to leave before closing time. This is by far the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in.

Been here almost 4 years and Gracie's (Manager) and her team has been here for 1.5 of those years. She and her team have really turned this place into a nice apartment complex and continue to do so. They are always there when something goes wrong.
