I have lived at the Attwell for 2 years now, in this time we have had two different property managers! I have lived in many different apartments with the managers usually not being the best and don’t care. Nina W. and Lorena are the absolute BEST property manager and assistant property manager I have ever had though! They are always available when needed and always around for a friendly chat! Can’t leave out the Dave’s too, they are amazing at their job and always speedy when something goes wrong! Best maintenance men around! Nina and Lorena will both be missed so much here at the Attwell, but we are so excited for their next adventure! It’s a sad day not having them and I can honestly say they were the best team and resources to have around! ALL OF THEM DESERVE THE BIGGEST RAISE!!!!!!

I'm happy to write a 5-star review for Nina, Lorena, and the entire team at Attwell Of Main. From start to finish, my leasing experience with them was exceptional. Nina and Lorena were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. They were also very responsive to my questions and concerns, which made the leasing process much smoother and less stressful. The rest of the team at Attwell Of Main was also fantastic. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well-maintained. The amenities, such as the dog spa and fitness center, are top-notch and make living here feel like a luxury experience. Overall, I highly recommend Nina, Lorena, and the entire team at Attwell Of Main for anyone looking for a high-quality leasing experience. They truly care about their residents and it shows in the level of service they provide. Thank you, Attwell Of Main!
