Very friendly and helpful office staff. Maintenance is very fast when issues arise. I love that everything is inside. During the February blizzard, unless one was required to leave for work or medical treatment, there was no reason to go outside. Trash room, mail center, fitness center, coffee bar and even book exchange nook are all within the complex. Storage lockers are available. I used the underground parking during winter months which I loved. Also, it doesn’t matter what floor you’re on because there are two sets of elevators. I sometimes like to go to the community room and watch TV on the big screens. Awesome place!

I’ve been here going on three years. I absolutely love it. Could not ask for better management, maintenance, and all around support staff. **UPDATE** I just transferred to a new unit in this building and it went so smoothly. The unit was clean and fresh and the staff made everything super easy. They even gave me a few days to move from one unit to the other so only weight on my shoulders was the physical part of moving things - no weight of not having enough time to move. Thank you ALL!!
