The reviews are very misleading. This is a great place. The staff is great the maintenance is awesome the manager is exceptional and the maintenance lady is so nice and takes the time to explain. Yes there are homeless people around but unfortunately this is the community we live in and these people have issues beyond any of our control. Its a larger issue that unfortunately is not the apartments fault. They do a good job of trying to ensure everything is secure. They are not hurting anyone and homeless people are everywhere in the city. I moved from a property yall have in plano and trust this property is 1000 times better. Most of all,the manager responds to you. And he is VERY nice and dont just blood you off. Don’t be discouraged by the post about the homeless people they dont bother you. They may ask for $1 but just jeep going they aren't dangerous they are people to just not as blessed as others. This place is affordable and in a central location. Unfortunately things break anywhere you stay. Apartments are under staffed everywhere so be patient. I moved from a very nice property and things broke its ok. And unfortunately when you have to outsource some work you have to wait on the third party. Don’t be discouraged move here. I didn’t mention its super quiet and clean.

I toured the property on a Saturday and everything was great. Adam, the community manager was polite and informative. Getting apartment info can be hectic on weekends but I don't have one complain. Wish every leasing office was this courteous. Thanks again Adam.
