Been living in this community for about 3 years. I have enjoyed my stay here. There has been both positives & negatives but for the most part it’s a very good place to live in. Bryan Waltemath has been very helpful with my family as we don’t all speak English. He makes it very easy for us

Javaris made my transition to Ashford Meadows quite pleasant. First Javaris met with me without an appointment after 4pm, despite the Covid. Second he helped me get moved in less than 3 days, everything from the application approval to getting the rental insurance all online. He called me Mr. Move-in-Right-a-Way. I needed to move fast, and he didn’t slow or hinder the process at all. E-signing all the documents, was effortless, emailing and uploading all the documents he needed was a breeze, and getting the keys first thing in the morning on day 3 was amazing. Thank you for making me feel like I was the most important person in your day. You didn’t even know who I was as you took care of my every beckoning call. If you treated me like royalty, I know this level of servant-ship runs deep inside of you. Thank you for being great at what you do.
