I lived in a studio apartment and paid about $700 a month. During the signing of the lease the guy who showed me the place was rushing me. After signing the the lease I was told I would receive a copy, this took 6 months to obtain. I called the office multiple times which was a waste of time because no one ever answered. I ended up contacting a guy named Alex via email. After multiple attempts he finally sent it. The reason I initially wanted to live here was because all utilities were included and this was my first place. This was a horrible mistake. During the winter I had to turn the oven on to heat the place. In the summer it was unbearable, there was no ventilation at all even though I had 2 windows in my studio. The walls are very thin and you could hear everything your neighbors are doing. I remember hearing my neighbor and the tenets across the hall constantly arguing at all hours of the night. I was told that there was a laundry facility on site but unfortunately it was not functional. The building is infested with vermin and is very old. The whole year that I lived there the glass on the emergency door was broken so anyone could get in. I absolutely hated living there and can honestly say that after 6 years this is still the worst place that I have lived. When my lease was finally up I tried to get my 1 month security deposit back but to no avail the property manager was unavailable. I tried for 4 months and no one ever contacted me. I never got a bill in the mail either. Do not live here, you will regret it!
