I recently moved out of this complex and let me tell you I was sad! this is a hidden gem ! Let me start with the ladies in the front Nikki is the manager and she is a total sweetheart she truly cares about her residence and makes you feel like family you can go to her with anything and she'll take care of you same goes with ruby she's the assistant manager and they are truly a perfect team ! The maintenance people are very fast on service the main guy speaks both English and Spanish so no language barrier he's a good guy and will take good care of you same goes for everyone else . The complex is one of the cleanest nicest ones I ever lived in let alone seen so far ! they stay on top of the landscaping it looks better than most people front yards they have 2 large pools that are never crowded a playground a dog park and a picnic area all in this little complex its has a great atmosphere its really really quiet a real sense of community here not just a place to live . I highly recommend you go and take a tour and just walk the property you'll be sold in a great location the units are big and spacious I mean the list goes on . I will definitely try to move back here in the future

I've been living here a few months now. This place is amazing. The apartment itself is nice and roomy. Maintenance is always working hard to keep the community beautiful. The management will definitely work with you. When I had a small issue, they were very patient with me. They are very professional here. Genesis works very hard and helped get me all moved in! The community itself is nice. I feel safe here. Despite the extreme loud noise at the park area (which are mainly children playing all day long :) )I highly recommend this community!
