I have been apartment hunting in Ktown and came across Sixth Apartments. I really love the location! It’s in the heart of K-town but away from the busy streets. It has a gated garage which was very important for me! It is local to a lot of grocery stores and lots of businesses are walking distance! What made my experience worth it was Dylan, the leasing agent, who really went out of his way to help me find what style unit I was looking for! He was very hospitable and very patient with my questions! I really recommend touring with Dylan! I can’t wait for what is in stored for me as I make the transition to K-town!

Shout-out to Dylan for taking care of my wife and I moving into a 1-bedroom apartment back in 2023 and again this year moving into a 2-bedroom unit. From day one, Dylan has been friendly, extremely accommodating, helpful, and super easy to work with. Shout-out to the concierge, John, as well. Very friendly, easy to get along with and talk to and always smiling and helpful. My wife and I like living here and have had little to no complaints in the year that we've been here. We love the amenities and the area. We've been pretty satisfied so far.
