I have been apartment hunting in Ktown and came across Sixth Apartments. I really love the location! It’s in the heart of K-town but away from the busy streets. It has a gated garage which was very important for me! It is local to a lot of grocery stores and lots of businesses are walking distance! What made my experience worth it was Dylan, the leasing agent, who really went out of his way to help me find what style unit I was looking for! He was very hospitable and very patient with my questions! I really recommend touring with Dylan! I can’t wait for what is in stored for me as I make the transition to K-town!
Shout-out to Dylan for taking care of my wife and I moving into a 1-bedroom apartment back in 2023 and again this year moving into a 2-bedroom unit. From day one, Dylan has been friendly, extremely accommodating, helpful, and super easy to work with.
Shout-out to the concierge, John, as well. Very friendly, easy to get along with and talk to and always smiling and helpful.
My wife and I like living here and have had little to no complaints in the year that we've been here. We love the amenities and the area. We've been pretty satisfied so far.
Thanks to John my experience at Next has been elevated. He is always doing his best to tend to all tenants, always giving his 110% making everyone feel just as important. Since living here I’ve seen the concierge change a few times and hands down he is the best. Good job Next at selecting John!
My wife and I lived in Next on Sixth in a studio and lived there for a year, and then we decided to upgrade to a one-bedroom unit to live there for another year. During our stay, the concierge and the leasing office were extremely helpful with our process and answering our questions. Back then, we were new to the country, and their assistance, as well as the Target located on the first floor, were key specially during the pandemic.
Guia, Lorena, Jose, and Kennia were without a doubt some of the most friendly and professional people among the entire staff in Next on Sixth. If I were to relocate again to LA, I would choose Next on Sixth as my home again thanks to them.
Moved in a week ago and couldn't be happier with the service and amenities. Dylan and the team made the move in process stress free! I would recommend Next to a friend or family member.

Just moved in a week ago and been having a great experience so far! Mari from the leasing office and John the concierge are the best! I am definitely feeling at home here at Next on Sixth!
The amenities are great, the units are hi-tech, and the architects made very good use of the space. Definitely worth it for the price point.
The only thing I wish was better is how tenants take care of the condo. There’s a lot of pet waste throughout the building at all times, including elevators. This is a lack of respect and common sense issue regarding the residents only. No one seems to get fined for it, so it will probably continue like this.

I am writing this post for John who always thinks of residents' needs and takes great care of them. He is chilled and professional, and my move-in experiences would not be so smoothly without his help. Before I move-in, he also hosted me once when I was doing the self-guided tour, where he patiently answered all my questions and gave me other details of this apartment.
The apartment's management team is also professional, where they respond to email in a timely manner and can sent maintenance to solve the issues I have quickly. It has been a great experience living here and I truly think that this place offers great environment with great price.
Rodrigo was amazing! He helped me with my clogged sink and made the whole process so easy. He figured out the issue quickly, explained what was going on, and got everything working again in no time. On top of that, he was super friendly and professional. I really appreciated his help!
