The maintenance team, especially the head maintenance gentleman, at Bel Air Oaks worked as quickly as possible to resolve an issue with our AC. We appreciate them prioritizing the situation and keeping us informed and updated every chance they got.

Let be begin by sharing that I have lived here since August 2011. This means I have had contact with probably over 100 maintenance workers. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of dealing with the BEST maintenance worker that has been in my home to make repairs. He knows exactly what he is doing and it shows in how he does his work. All the problems I WAS having were taken care of by Jorge. For instance, the upstairs a/c had been leaking so bad that I have been concerned about permanent damage to the floor. Plus, it just has not been cooling. Jorge took care of the outside unit by cleaning and I believe he added coolant to one of them. He then concentrated on the upstairs by cleaning and clearing out the lines. The leaking had stopped and he told me that if the leaking should start up that I should call. Not too long after he left, sure enough the leaking started up again. A call to the office had Jorge back at my home again. He blew out the lines again. Instead of packing up, he left all his equipment and told me he would check back in about 30 minutes to make sure the leaking had stopped. He returned as promised and the leaking had been stopped. A full night has passed and there has been NO LEAKING!! No one has ever been successful at getting the leaking to stop. It has remained HOT upstairs and I just haven't turned the a/c on. Yesterday, I decided to try again to have it repaired and I am so glad I did. I ask that you do what you can do to KEEP Jorge as an employee. He is diamond in how he goes about his work and communicates what he is doing and why. I have never complimented a maintenance worker until now. Please keep Jorge. Bel Air Oaks needs him as much as I do and other residents need him too!!
