Enter via the front porch and entry hall, shared with the lower unit. Head upstairs to the large hallway that runs down the center of the unit. The kitchen/living/dining area has a high ceiling with a skylight and newly painted cabinets and laminate flooring. The bedrooms are both large. The larger of the two has another bedroom adjacent to it: a previous sleeping porch that has been enclosed and overlooks the Lone Fir Cemetery. The bathroom has a charming clawfoot tub. There's also shared laundry and bike storage in the garage, shared with one other unit. The location is great with venues of note: Fifty Licks, Bamboo Sushi, Ken's Artisan Pizza, Taqueria Los Punales, Potato Champion, H Mart, Heart Roasters, Tusk, Crema, Laurelhurst Theater and so much more! Pet policy: One small dog up to 35 lbs Smoking policy: No smoking anywhere on premises Tenant pays gas and electric directly. Water, sewer, and garbage will be paid by owner and billed back to tenants. Owner pays for lawn care. - SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit for this property will be at least equal to one month’s rent. Based on the results of the tenant screening process, an additional security deposit may be required. If applicable, the additional amount will be: * An extra half-month’s rent for properties located within Portland city limits In addition, a $500 pet deposit is required for each pet. A final reminder will be sent to you 15 minutes before a potential cancellation. If you do not confirm within this timeframe, the tour is automatically canceled.
