I had such a wonderful experience moving into Rise Heather Ridge apartments! Monica, Orlando, and Yolonda were absolutely fantastic and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient with any questions I had. The customer service was top-notch, and I’m so happy with my new home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment with a supportive team!

I recently moved into Rise Heather Ridge, and it's been wonderful I love my apartment and all the amenities it comes with. The leasing staff are super friendly and professional. The whole process was smooth and quick. My dogs and I are super happy here. :)
I’ve lived at Rise Heather Ridge Apartments for quite a while now, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. The management team has always been responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to creating a great living environment for the residents. Any minor issues I’ve encountered (which are normal in any apartment) have been addressed quickly and thoroughly.
I’ve noticed a recent review from someone who seems quite upset with their experience. While I believe everyone is entitled to their opinion, I couldn’t help but feel like their review crossed the line into something more akin to bullying rather than constructive feedback. Cyber bullying or resorting to name-calling doesn’t help solve problems—it only creates an unnecessary negative atmosphere. In my experience, the team has always been respectful and open to feedback, and it’s a shame that some residents might try to publicly shame hard-working individuals instead of working collaboratively to resolve concerns.
Moving into a new home can sometimes come with minor hiccups, but the way you handle it makes all the difference. The staff here is more than willing to work with residents who communicate clearly and respectfully. Unfortunately, not everyone seems to approach it that way.
In short, Rise Heather Ridge Apartments is a wonderful place to live, and the staff does an incredible job maintaining the community and addressing any concerns quickly. If you’re looking for a welcoming, peaceful environment, I would highly recommend making this your new home!
I came in today to help my bestie apply for her first apartment!! Orlando helped us out he was amazing so sweet! He’s so kind and he let us know how to apply so easily and understanding! I would recommend coming in and seeing him much love 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

I'm highly considering these apts but a bit iffy based on other reviews.
And they have you wait outside bc of the virus, which is understandable.

I decided to go ahead and lease here.
I've been here 3 months now, and it's been quite nice. Any questions I have, they answer, and they're nice also. I like living here so far. It's a nice quiet area despite it being close to the highway.
I have had 0 issues, and I'm content at my new home :)

Happy overall, but not happy how much the rent was increased. From $800, something to over $1,000. New management. Even tho they have done a lot of upgrades and cleaning, painting buildings, building dog area and adding nice grills and such by the pool, it's still quite a gap increase for the same size units. The upgrades are your usual flooring, lighting, upgraded cabinets and appliances, back splash, and such but still the same size. I'm sure the new tenants coming in will like it, too.
Disappointed the gym has been closed most of the year and they've only upgraded the windows. The pools are usually always closed due to previous management.
It took them a whole year to get the pools fixed and opened. Same for the gym.
June 2024 update:
Lots of changes have happened. New management over and over throughout the years. All small issues before seem to be resolved :) which is appreciated bc a lot of apts ignore their tenants, but not these apts. These apts have been pretty good.

These apartments are sooo beautiful! They are going under renovations, Orlando the leasing agent provides good service in the office very helpful and patient, the property is very cleaned.
My stay at Rise Heather Ridge has been great the office staff Orlando, Yolanda & Monica have been very friendly all my concerns were addressed in a very attentive manner I noticed their is a review posted here by a current new tenant which I think is very rude to harass somebody when it can be addressed in a very attentive way, things like that doesnt resolve any issues other than make it worse I hope they can find peace in their heart and is able to give them a chance they will resolve any concerns as they helped me in the past. But anyways Rise Heather Ridge was a great place to call home I met friends with some residents here who have been staying for years I would highly reccomend this place to anyone looking for a home!
My first time meeting Monica and Yolanda the managers at theses apartments, they went over and beyond to help and make sure I had a place to call home and for that I'm truly grateful. Excellent service I must say. Come by you want be disappointed.
