Quiet and plenty of parking. Clean landscaping. No short term lease. Non furnished. No microwave but with electric stove and electric oven, dishwasher. You need to rent for 12 months and they allow you to find someone who will take over your place with their approval to complete your term.

Living here has been a hassle-free, convenient, comfortable, and overall GREAT experience. The office staff, Justin and Andrew, have been the most amazing and helpful people I have ever encountered at an apartment complex. They really care and have gone above and beyond. My dog loves the dog park right across the street and you can walk to quite a few shops and restaurants right down the road. The apartment itself is open and the complex has everything you need - pool, fitness center, laundry, and lots of trees :) Definitely recommend this place for all of these reasons as well as its affordability.
