Beautiful and very roomy apartments with the added security in an area of town that has alot of theft and other vandalism type crime! Almost seems as if it's very out of place for the area with the security gates with key fobs and such but they're actually very affordable. I was renting an apartment on Elm Arcade that rented for $280 a week and was only a one bedroom and these two bedrooms are almost $70 cheaper a month!! So I'd say it's a VERY good place to live and affordable to boot for how nice they are.
