HEY EVERYONE! CURRENT RESIDENT HERE! :) - I’ll start by saying the ✨5 STARS✨ are for Mrs. Cama Kamara! She made sure to greet me w| a smile everytime I walked in! If I couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the phone she understood & sat me down while assisting other families; sending out emails, making the necessary phone calls to make sure our documents were properly submitted to the right staff members; just a hard worker & pure SWEETHEART! She truly wants the BEST for the Community & Families here at Capitol Gateway; along w| Ms Cynthia. You don’t come by too many genuine people like these two especially dealing with leasing agents/offices in areas like Atlanta; in my experience relocating here from Northern VA. I live in a “3 Story Townhome Unit” & I’d like to share a REAL review from my experience so far ! The “Move in Process” was HELL starting out with Ms Adele! So nice nasty, rude & DISRESPECTFUL! She was even mean to the other employees! SMH Thanks to Ms. Cama Kamara , she made MY move in process SO SMOOTH & WELCOMING! She always goes above & beyond. There was some paperwork mix ups & confusion going on & she kept her word & made sure it was CORRECTED as soon as she noticed what went wrong. EVERYONE in the office are HUMAN not robots! You have to remember they are all trying to MAKE UP for the OLD LEASING AGENTS THAT ARE NOW GONE. The maintenance guy Mr. Vick & the other young maintenance Guy that lives on property are also great! They come in and get the job DONE! No temporary fixes! no waiting! REAL MAINTENANCE! if you ever have time to come in just come in , things will go so much smoother when people speak in person . The property is BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED & in a great area ; so of course the phone lines are tied up & everyone is looking lol! THE PROPERTY LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS ONLINE! NO LIE! Tall ceilings! Nice light fixtures! Spacious rooms and walk in Closets! Updated Appliances! Even the DOORKNOBS ARE NICE! lol!! You will truly get what you’re paying for The “Valet trash” & parking could be better . The way they communicate , process late fees, random evictions are questionable. But as I said before , it’s nothing a FACE TO FACE visit can’t fix! :)

Capital Gateway Apartments is some beautiful apartments, living in a one bedroom apartment. Spaces living rooms, washer and dryer, large closet, nice bedroom beautiful balcony, playground for the kids. mixed community!" If you looking for an apartment, check them out!"You will love them!"
