If you are found with a pet that is not allowed, you will owe a non-refundable pet fee of $300 plus $10 per day until you are in compliance. This may also result in termination of your lease.

The space has great views when the sun goes down and the community is incredible. Love the neighbors and workers. Whenever I need something done the maintenance worker Chris always gets to it as fast as he can and does an amazing job. 10/10 recommend to live here.

Recently maintenance improved significantly, kudos to Chris Q., who has been polite and working hard to solve issues quickly. Great location indeed and management seems trying to improve services.
