You may not have any animal in your unit without management’s prior authorization in writing. If we allow your requested animal, you must sign a separate animal addendum, which may require additional deposits, rents, fees or other charges. A pet deposit of $300 per pet is to be paid before you move a pet into the apartment, if your community accepts pets. This deposit is refundable. We do not accept payments for the deposit. There is a two (2) pet limit per apartment and a monthly pet rent of $20 for each pet. Dogs considered aggressive breeds and/or deemed aggressive or vicious by a veterinarian or government official will not be allowed on premises, as listed but not limited to the breeds or mixed breeds listed below. Dogs of oversized breed or over 50 lbs will not be accepted. No exceptions. If you are found with a pet that is not allowed, you will owe a non-refundable pet fee of $300 plus $10 per day until you are in compliance. This may also result in termination of your lease.

The space has great views when the sun goes down and the community is incredible. Love the neighbors and workers. Whenever I need something done the maintenance worker Chris always gets to it as fast as he can and does an amazing job. 10/10 recommend to live here.

Recently maintenance improved significantly, kudos to Chris Q., who has been polite and working hard to solve issues quickly. Great location indeed and management seems trying to improve services.
