I’ve lived at Oaks Lincoln for about 4 months now. Without a doubt one of the best places I have chosen to live! The residents are all so friendly and welcoming, with a great sense of community here. The staff is top notch and incredibly accommodating too! Maintenance is very timely; had an issue with our AC unit and not 48 hours later things were fixed (this was on a weekend too!) Conveniently close to 169 with a Target, Aldi and more; all less than 7 minutes away! Once complete there will also be a light rail station nearby too (3-4 minutes away)! I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a new place to live, you should seriously consider Oaks Lincoln!

I’ve only lived here 6 months now but I can confidently say that I’ve never had such effective and friendly maintenance staff. The in-unit washer/dryer has also been great. Pretty much never hear my neighbors but I’m on the top floor so I can’t say what it’s like on the first or second floors.
