But above all Oaks Lincoln Apartments provides service, service, service! Our residents are provided many services with the best staff in the city to assist in your needs. I’ve lived at Oaks Lincoln for about 4 months now. Without a doubt one of the best places I have chosen to live! The residents are all so friendly and welcoming, with a great sense of community here. The staff is top notch and incredibly accommodating too! Maintenance is very timely; had an issue with our AC unit and not 48 hours later things were fixed (this was on a weekend too!) Conveniently close to 169 with a Target, Aldi and more; all less than 7 minutes away! Once complete there will also be a light rail station nearby too (3-4 minutes away)! I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a new place to live, you should seriously consider Oaks Lincoln!

I’ve only lived here 6 months now but I can confidently say that I’ve never had such effective and friendly maintenance staff. The in-unit washer/dryer has also been great. Pretty much never hear my neighbors but I’m on the top floor so I can’t say what it’s like on the first or second floors.
