We offer studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom townhomes and garden apartments for rent on 13 spacious floorplans. Our homes have a patio/balcony with storage, and some feature a loft, spiral staircase, gas fireplace, separate dining room, breakfast room, wet bar, beamed ceilings and walk-in closets. Townhomes and select apartments have a washer/dryer. Swim in our sparkling outdoor pool. Work out at the 24-hour fitness center, or play tennis or basketball. Visit our Wi-Fi clubhouse, which has a fireplace lounge, a free coffee bar and pool tables. Take your dog for a stroll on the paths around our pet-friendly property. We're just north of I-64 near Hurstbourne Parkway, and we're close to shops, restaurants, and the University of Louisville. I can't say enough great things about living at Plainview! The leasing associates here are simply the best – always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with any questions. Moving in was seamless, thanks to their professional and welcoming approach. The maintenance team deserves special mention too – they’re incredibly responsive and efficient. Any issue, big or small, is addressed quickly, making life here hassle-free. The community feels like home, and it’s all thanks to the amazing team that keeps everything running smoothly. Highly recommend Plainview for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live!
