We are transitioning from another state in a shorts time notice . Having to find a place to live for our family is a priority and stressful . After searching and researching it was so refreshing to have encountered not only a great location but an amazing management team that guided us with such grace and professionalism which made our decision much easier . We are looking forward to a great start and safe place to lay our heads .

I have lived at this apartment for almost 10 years. It isn't the greatest place to live because there is no on-site management and there are A LOT of issues. But, we have mostly just dealt with them because they weren't any worse than some issues we've experienced at other places, and the community is very quiet, which we love. However, our AC unit has been broken for over a month in this heat wave, and I cannot get maintenance or the management office to reply to the numerous emails and texts that I have sent. It constantly leaks which is an issue because it can cause mold growth and I've told them numerous times that we have someone in our apartment that is immunocompromised, and allergic to mold. It is very important that it gets addressed. It is bad enough we have horrible plumbing and deal constantly with backflow from the sewers, but it is so upsetting that we cannot get basic maintenance assistance during this heat wave.
