Words cannot even explain how blessed I am to have Anna Nova as part of the leasing team. She has helped me with any and everything that I need help with. Anna goes the EXTRA mile to make sure her residents are well taken care of and heard when we have issues on the property. She knows her stuff and if she don't she WILL ask and make sure to provide top customer service to me and others at Uptown Village

My wife and I lived at Uptown Village for a year. Overall we loved our time there. The apartments are fantastic, and having the lake trail next to the property is an absolute gem!!!
Since the staffing was updated in the office, we have also had very good experiences with getting support. Anna has been absolutely excellent in every interaction I've had with her, and really helped to recover from some of the negative experiences we had a few months prior. Similarly, Dale is always friendly and helpful, and made sure to listen and follow through on any request I had. In addition, the maintenance team was excellent our whole time there, our requests were always addressed very quickly, including a weekend where our A/C went out in the summer.
In my opinion, the entire staff deserves a raise and some recognition for how hard they are working to improve the operations of the property, which is quite large. Having worked as a property manager myself of an apartment community of similar size, I know that a strong well-supported team is the essential element for a property like this.
We're grateful for our months at Uptown Village and would highly recommend.

Ana, the new assistant manager at our apartment complex, has been an absolute breath of fresh air! From the moment she started, she’s been nothing but helpful, professional, and extremely approachable. Even though she’s new to the position, Ana has quickly made a positive impact, and her dedication to the residents is already clear.
She’s been incredibly responsive to any questions or requests I’ve had, always following up promptly and ensuring everything is handled smoothly. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile make a huge difference. It’s comforting to know that Ana genuinely cares about making this community a better place to live.
Ana has brought a new level of organization and attention to detail that’s greatly appreciated by all of us here. I’m confident that with her in this role, the complex is in excellent hands.

These apartments are so cute. They have so many different models. The staff was amazing. Great customer service they had great move specials so if you are looking contact Anna, she was awesome. You can tell she loves her job. I’ve been living here for two months my dogs love it. Any minute request I put in gets done in a timely matter. The staff is just awesome.

I must say that I have enjoyed my experience at Uptown Village thus far, with most of the staff being very attentive to the needs of the residents. Specifically, Dale is truly a gem to the Uptown Village family and always presents with a warm, positive and welcoming attitude. He is very knowledgeable about the happenings at the complex, he makes it his goal to know all of the residents and his dedication to his job is unmatched! Also, Ana is extremely helpful and a gem as well!

Anna Nova has been great addition to the Uptown team. She goes above and beyond no matter what it is she’s always trying to help out if she doesn’t the answers, she ’ll find it and get back with you on there definitely professional always on her feed and literally has little help or support. The maintenance staff has been extremely helpful with getting work orders done and timely manner if they can’t if they’re waiting on parts or they’re waiting on upper management to approve something, they are hands are tied they all always communicate with us.

Her Customer Service Is Astounding The Maintenance Team Is Great ! They Work Fast & Does An Amazing Job. I Was A Bit On The Fence About The Billing System . Staff is friendly and always accommodating to any issues that arise. Hailey, Anna, and Dale worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly with our move-in. Our apartment was clean, and maintenance was quick to fix a few things we noticed after moving in. The complex is very pet-friendly and our neighbors have all been friendly so far. 5/5⭐️
