Words cannot even explain how blessed I am to have Anna Nova as part of the leasing team. She has helped me with any and everything that I need help with. Anna goes the EXTRA mile to make sure her residents are well taken care of and heard when we have issues on the property. She knows her stuff and if she don't she WILL ask and make sure to provide top customer service to me and others at Uptown Village

My wife and I lived at Uptown Village for a year. Overall we loved our time there. The apartments are fantastic, and having the lake trail next to the property is an absolute gem!!! Since the staffing was updated in the office, we have also had very good experiences with getting support. Anna has been absolutely excellent in every interaction I've had with her, and really helped to recover from some of the negative experiences we had a few months prior. Similarly, Dale is always friendly and helpful, and made sure to listen and follow through on any request I had. In addition, the maintenance team was excellent our whole time there, our requests were always addressed very quickly, including a weekend where our A/C went out in the summer. In my opinion, the entire staff deserves a raise and some recognition for how hard they are working to improve the operations of the property, which is quite large. Having worked as a property manager myself of an apartment community of similar size, I know that a strong well-supported team is the essential element for a property like this. We're grateful for our months at Uptown Village and would highly recommend.
