I have lived here for 2 years and have no complaints at all, well except for my car was towed because I parked in reserved. It was expensive to get my car back but it taught me to pay attention of where I park. Other than that everything has been good. The office staff is always willing to lend a hand. Jessica came out and checked my thermostat and replaced the batteries in it for me. Rachel helped me chase my cat down the hall when it got out of my apartment and Samantha is always sweet and polite when I come into the office. They also send out emails letting us know when things are going to happen on property. Maintenance is quick on getting repairs done. I would recommend this place to others as a matter of fact I have 2 other coworkers living here that I referred. Thank you Ascent Team!

My experience so far with living at Ascent has been great. Every concern that I’ve personally had has been handled in a timely manner. Every time I place a service request, it is taken care of very quickly. A couple months ago, my AC went out and maintenance actually gave me a portable AC unit to connect to my bedroom window so I wasn’t in agony.
