A highrise located in downtown Winnipeg, the suites are very large and professionally maintained, ideal for working from home! There is a beautiful private rooftop terrace to enjoy fresh air and sun (open during warm weather only). Suites offer either a balcony or sunroom with expansive city and river views. Some suites have insuite laundry, all suites have access to smartcard laundry as well as a garbage disposal located on each floor. The building has a secure entrance and a night security guard that provides a sense of safety for our tenants. Covered parking stalls are available for $65/month.
