Our townhomes include self-contained courtyards and private entryways, top floor skylights and options for a den. The two-story design creates a quiet environment because you don't have to deal with noisy neighbors upstairs.

I lived here for a year and a half, only left because I had a great work opportunity. At first i was concerned about some of the reviews but things were great. Jan and Rob are great always willing to help. I moved in on a Friday and Saturday morning found bed bugs, Jan came over on her day off and brought a few bottles of bed bug killer as a temporary fix until she could get pest control in. Pest control came very quickly and treated the apartment in two sessions on different days, they completely got rid of all the bed bugs. Otherwise the apartment was very clean. The apartments are older and there were lots of things that had wear and tear. I noted everything on my paperwork at move in and they came on Monday to fix and replace what was needed. They are working on remodeling and upgrading the apartments during my stay and after I left. For the most part the area was very quiet. Never really had issues with residents. Next door complex were rowdy sometimes and police were over there frequently. But it didn't seem to trickle into ours. Recommend keeping your car doors locked. If you left them unlocked people would break in but I never had issues. Pool was always well cared for. They were very accommodating with my pets and maintenance orders were completed quickly. My ac stopped working twice ans each time they came to fix within a couple hours. I left in the middle of my lease, Jan worked efficiently to find a new tenant and I only had to pay part of the month I lived there before moving out. I got my security deposit back no problem. Loved how spacious the apartment was.

I just turned in my keys and all I can say is that I’m gonna miss this community. Rob and Jan do a great job at keeping up with the needs of the community. During our lease, we didn’t have any issues with pests or any major repair. If I could stay, I would. Thank you for everything!
