Horrible place to live, severe health hazard and noise problems. I have lived in this building for over a year and during the past seven months have experienced more problems with noise, and loitering on the property than in any other apartment experience. There are three MAJOR issues that should encourage any reasonable person to LOOK ELSEWHERE before leasing an apartment here: 1.) Because of the Urgent Care on the first floor of the building, the apartment’s parking lot and front door area is constantly filled with people in line for Covid testing, creating a severe health hazard for people in this building. 2.) The building seems to be turning into some type of student housing: Minors (18 and under) living alone in the building cause serious noise problems all hours of the night, as well as music (as in band members in an apartment) being played every afternoon around 3 until 7 in the evening. 3.) Unfortunately there are several homeless persons who stay in proximity of the liquor story across the street by sleeping in the entrance way of the lobby. There are several people currently in this building who have voiced the same complaints and I will be encouraging them to write their own reviews. Important to note that my partner and I have contacted management several times via phone and email (with an easily verified paper trail) and have not had any of the aforementioned issues resolved. Management responding to this review accusing me of lying is simply unacceptable and speaks for itself as to the quality of service and respect that this company fails to provide its lease holders. All of the positive reviews I have read concerning this complex have clearly been written by the management, as evidenced by the only other review from those accounts being for other Acorn properties. Caveat emptor.
