I give 5stars to this place only because of Natalie Ortiz. Without this person in the office it would have been difficult to live. All work orders or requests get done in the timely manner. Natalie's professionalism can't be unnoticed. Great personality and very professional. Thank you Natalie for making this place enjoyable to live.

Affordable and spacious apartment lofts in the heart of Miami Beach. The units are all elegantly remodeled and very secure structures. Private gated community. Perfect for small families. Several amenities and super friendly staff.
