I've seen some negative reviews about the Maintenance staff on here and wanted to share my latest experience. I have lived in this community for several years. The leasing office staff have always been great to work with. The Maintenance staff has Always gone above and beyond the call of duty. Every time I have put in a service request on the App (whether for my A/C, Toilet or a water leak) they have quickly responded and rectified any of my issues. Today I really felt like they took it to the next level. I had notified them that the grout in my shower had been worn out and exposed as well as the caulking had gone bad. I really expected that this would be a low priority item for them (maybe even ignored) especially with the cleanup from the storms but much to my surprise Yuniel showed up today and spent a few hours totally renovating my shower. It looks brand new. Yuniel really went above and beyond. His supervisor Luis was here as well checking in and overseeing the whole operation. These guys are Great!! These Maintenance guys have a very thankless job and I just felt compelled to shine some light on these guys as they BOTH have always been quick to help me whenever i have had an issue. Thank You Luis and Yuniel.

Feedback on Yuniel’s Service and Attitude I had the pleasure of receiving service from Yuniel, and I must say that his professionalism and dedication were truly outstanding. He provided exceptional assistance, demonstrating both patience and efficiency. His friendly and respectful attitude made the entire experience pleasant and seamless. Yuniel went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and I truly appreciate his commitment to excellent customer service. I highly recommend him and would gladly seek his assistance again in the future.
