We can't speak highly enough about our experience with The Trestles in Stafford. This is hands down, the best apartment complex / management and maintenance team we've experienced to date. It has been Grade A / First Class from day one. The entire apartment complex is kept in model condition throughout the year. The units as well as the grounds, office and amenities are kept pristine. To have a property management team that matches is outstanding. It was our first phone call with Ruben that let us know we were in the right place. Finding out that it was the Property Manager himself that spent a good amount of time speaking with us made us feel right at home from the start. The Assistant Property Manager, Katie, the maintenance staff, Joel, Mario and Brent are equally outstanding (hopefully we haven't left anyone out). We have only positive feedback for The Trestles. Thank you for being exceptional!
