I have been in this society for more than 5 months till now I haven't faced any issue. Management staff is very helpful. In this time when people are not able to go anywhere our society is making new ways to find entertainment like calling the food trucks, Netflix nights and so on... There is very good peaceful area. Neighbors are very good . In general days you can find kids playing all around.Location is good.

I have lived at Pinehurst on Providence for 5 years in November. I have really enjoyed my time here. The neighborhood is fun and kid-friendly. They are always doing community events. There are dog parks and a soccer field and a volley ball court made with sand! Not to mention the olympic sized swimming pool! Summers are so much easier and more fun with that amenity. The maintenance and office staff are also top- notch. Any time I have had any issues, there haven't been many, they are always helpful and timely. The location is perfect! 10 minutes to uptown and 15 to Matthews. The Arboretum is 5 minutes away and South Park is even closer! I will be here for some time to come! I love Pinehurst on Providence!!
