My husband and I have lived at The Lyric for almost two years. It's been an exceptional experience - the public areas and amenities are cleaned/maintained regularly and kept secure. The apartment interior finishes are really great quality. The property management on-site is friendly and helpful and do a wonderful job of decorating and celebrating holidays. The views of the 11th floor are truly some of the best views of the city. Overall wonderful experience!

I've lived at the Lyric for three years and I'm confident that it is the highest quality living experience I will ever have. The location is unbeatable, the rooftop is unparalleled in its view of the lakes and Breese Stevens stadium. I will always cherish the memories I made there watching the FMFC soccer games with friends and enjoying the 4th of July fireworks. Sound is pretty much as insulated as you can get with a large scale apartment building - I never had noise problems. Even though the common area is amazing, the apartments are so nice that I rarely felt the need to use it. But I do regret not using the gym more, you'll never work out with a better view than what you'll get here. Also, if you get a window facing E Wash, you're guaranteed to have incredible natural lighting that your house plants will love. Maintenace is always fast and the staff are very nice. It's probably the best place to live in all of Madison.
