Residents will not be allowed to have a pet that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, and any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross breed of or related to any of these breeds. Caged birds are permitted. Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported. No exotic animals (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted. Other animals may be excluded. We may also restrict or require the removal of any breed that becomes known as aggressive, in our sole discretion. Ask Management for further information. Animal rules apply to all animals at the Community, including those animals that are visiting or are temporary. Certain animals may be restricted from designated floors or buildings at the community. It is the responsibility of the applicant to select an apartment for their current and future needs. We are happy to evaluate any requests to keep assistance animals at the community.

Our luxury apartments in Alpharetta are the perfect mix of city and suburban living in scenic Georgia. Our luxury North Point apartments are located just half an hour from Downtown Atlanta and minutes from Georgia 400. North Point Mall provides ample opportunity for dining and entertainment, catch a concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre or indulge at one of the many restaurants around Alpharetta. Opportunities for kayaking, river floats and hiking abound with the Chattahoochee River, Big Creek Greenway and several trails all nearby. And, of course, Lake Lanier or Lake Allatoona make wonderful day trips as well.

I have been in a 2-story, 2 bedroom unit since May 2023. Overall, this location is very quiet and backs up to woods. The staff is very nice and they are always maintaining the property and making upgrades. The garage is covered (except for the top floor) and is access controlled. I would highly recommend this location over other complexes in the area.

I have only been living here for about 3 weeks but wanted to share my experience so far. Christine has been nothing short of amazing from the get go. When I was originally looking at living here I had set up a virtual tour that unfortunately got messed up in the system. Christine went above and beyond and stayed after hours just to take me on a tour that very day! Amazing customer service right there. She has been so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process of finding a place, finalizing the lease, and now living here. Moving in was so effortless and she has made me so welcome throughout with constantly checking in and making sure everything is how I need it to be. Highly recommend living here just off of my 3 weeks here because of how supportive this community has been. Work orders are taken care of very promptly and the whole property is really well maintained. The amenities are great too! Everyone who lives here is so friendly and my fur babies are also having a great time :)
