I love this apartment complex everyone at the leasing office is super nice especially Cynthia! She’s always been super helpful from when I first moved in to transferring to their massive corner unit. The aesthetic might not be for everyone but i find it beautiful from the moment you walk into the lobby to the hallways. The gritty New York like aesthetic is as best as I can describe it. Every time I’ve had friends come over they are mesmerized by the exposed pipelines, concrete ceilings. The balcony and the view of downtown/medical center is gorgeous and nice to wake up to every morning. I would 100% recommend this living space for anyone who is single and is trying to explore the city (walking distance) and meet lots of interesting people living within the complex. Everyone is friendly and at times it feels like you’ll meet everyone in the building whether it’s on the elevator or the pool/gym area. Anyone that is remotely interested in the arts Or creative world would appreciate the people and the aesthetic of this place.

The apartment staff, specifically Michael, goes above and beyond to ensure all concerns get addressed and that you feel heard. The property is nice and affordable in a desirable area of town with very great amenities. I’ve enjoyed living at this property for the past two years. The only negative I’ve experienced is the walls are paper thin and if you have bad neighbors who complain at the drop of a hat it can really limit your enjoyment of what this property has to offer and you pay for.
