I have just passed my first year living at the Mallard Creek apartments. I have found the entire staff to be very warm and receptive to my settling in needs and requests. The manager, office staff, the facilities maintenance man, the landscape crew all have an attitude of making the residents feel appreciated. I enjoy the nearby shopping, restaurants and the extensive bike trail behind the complex. The proximity to downtown is also a huge asset. I feel quite comfortable and grateful to have found the Mallard Creek community.
