It's a nice spot and has improved markedly since I initially moved here in May of 2020. Can't complain!

If you work in the industry let me save you some time, don’t try to live here. The lady in charge is extremely nice and nothing but good vibes from her but her husband who maybe didn’t think I could hear him on the other end of the phone is very against the times, and even tho the Main lady was being the nicest possible, the husband in the background was extremely rude and unprofessional. For you industry workers, I work at a cannabis dispensary, and was basically told I shouldn’t process the rental applications because “if you work at McDonald’s you smell like McDonald’s.” While I understand the situation they were trying to avoid because of the neighbors who already reside there, even if the neighbors weren’t an issue, the husband was very set on the idea of having to kick people out because they store weed inside their apartments, and he was getting upset over the phone call he wasn’t even on. At the end of the call I wanted to call my partner to let them know what they were telling me and as I was hanging up to call I could hear a loud sigh from the husband, almost like he was mad I was thinking about living there still. I know cannabis isn’t fully accepted by everyone, but I can’t explain how upset it made me when I had to tell my partner that we can’t live somewhere because I work in a cannabis dispensary. It made me feel extremely low and almost wrong for partaking. I still gave two stars because if you don’t smoke or anything the lady would’ve been the best landlord to have and I’m very upset they couldn’t find a place for me, but if you smoke weed, or work in the industry, look somewhere else, this place is not accepting in any way.
