Only 15 apartments so not terribly busy. They do allow pets. This is an older apt complex so thin walls and ceiling are an issue. Water and garbage are included in rent. Washer and dryer hookups in apartment. Good place to live. Must like pets and lack of privacy will be an issue. Gated courtyard. No handicapped parking.
