Pros: For being a building of mostly college students it was pretty quiet most of the time. The apartment had internet and cable without costing extra. The price and location were great considering the price of other similarly located apartments. The building itself was really awesome and looked great when everything was maintained. Cons: Things around the grounds and outside were not always kept up as they should be. People would leave things and trash in the hallways for days (or weeks) on end without anything being done. The windows were super drafty and it was really hard to keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature. We were charged when we moved out even though we didn't get a fully cleaned/renovated apartment when we transferred from a one to a two bedroom. When inquiring about leasing options I didn't hear back from a member of the staff and was automatically switched over to month-to-month.
