I have lived here for almost 4 years and have nothing but positive things to say regarding pricing leasing terms and responsiveness. The management staff is very friendly genuine and understanding (especially during the pandemic) and the maintenance is responsive. Tenant parking and visitor parking is reasonable and the area feels safe. Veronica and the office staff have been wonderful during those 4 years and i hope to continue a positive living arrangement for many years to come. Thank you for all that you do. It is appreciated.

The apartments are beautiful and the staff is excellent, with amazing customer service! Lexi, the office's leasing consultant, went out of her way to ensure all of my needs were accommodated and did an outstanding job making the entire process effortless. The apartments are beautiful and the staff is outstanding. I would not hesitate to rent from Colonial Point again!
