I completed a tour today with Summer Ridge and I must say I was impressed. The property is immaculately clean, the buildings appear to be up-to-date maintenance wise, and the leasing office has an extraordinary team. The leasing team escorted me to the unit and the unit was very very clean and move-in ready . I returned to the property again to observe the neighborhood after dark and again I am super impressed with the peace and quiet that is still occurring at night. I have completed an application and applied the holding fee for the unit I have toured. What a wonderful relaxing and peaceful experience it was to tour with Summer Ridge. Only thing left to say is welcome home ….
