I lived at Element 47 for two years and it was an amazing experience! The location was amazing my husband, and I would always scooter downtown. We used the gym every day and held frequent parties on the rooftop. Any maintenance problem I had the team would be there to fix the issue within 24 hours. Lydie Lo, the assistant manager, always helped me locate packages when I had an issue and when I lost my keys they came and changed the locks that day to keep us protected! We recently moved out so we could buy a home, but it was so bittersweet to leave. I cried on the last day there because it was the best apartment with the best memories!

I did not end up leasing from this Window Property because I was looking for a location what was slightly different. However, the Leasing agent Lydie Lo was incredible!! Seriously I don't write reviews. She was knowledgable and helpful for somebody who is just moving to the city.
