I am only reviewing for the maintenance staff in this case. This rating is not for the property management, condition, or any other aspect of the rental agreement/property whatsoever. We appreciate that Mark T. the painter in particular is so helpful, and is very good at what he does. If the rating went to Mark alone, I'd give Mark 5 stars. He's great. Thank you, Mark!

I’m writing this review for Stevie & Samuel who both work in the leasing office. I’m a big fan of elevating others when they go out of their way to be helpful. My wife and I just moved in a few days ago but they both have been professional and responsive so far. As for the rest of the apartment and whether or not I’d recommend it here, just be prepared to thoroughly read your lease agreement, because you are expected to know to it. Communication from the team could improve on semantics such as obtaining key fobs and making sure we had a cashier’s check (and only a cashier’s check) to hand over upon move-in. It’s a crazy world we live in and everyone is just trying to make it, so I’ll be one of the few here to leave a more positive review despite some improvements that need made which I could be shedding light on. I love the location. If you’ve called around at all, you will know that living in Golden is very expensive. Most of the apartments that we called before The Summit At Red Rocks were near the $3000 per month range. Not so much here, as we are below $2000. We’re paying a pretty penny to live here but the amenities at the bottom of the hill at the Colorado Mills mall as well as the foothills being right around the corner make it worth it. Not to mention the dope bowling alley/game room and the overall vibe of living on a hill with a nice city view 👌 we didn’t have this back in Nashville! After my year lease I’ll update this review to keep y’all informed. Just remember nobody’s perfect, everybody’s trying. God bless!
