We just moved in about a month ago and have so far been happy with the experience. The move in was easy, the maintenance team has been responsive, and the apartment was in good condition with some updates. There is also a good amount of parking and the residents are friendly.

Moved in at the beginning of December. My bedroom and living room radiators did not work for the first month. I had to call the property management company multiple times and speak to a maintenance person in-person before anyone came to take a look at the radiators. There was an issue with my stove. The maintenance person who came to fix it left without completing the job. He did not replace the burners and left a mess on the stove. The stove still isn’t fixed. Today, the apartment above mine leaked what appears to be toilet water all over my toilet and bathroom floor. I reported this to the property management company. The first person I spoke to, Alexis, was professional and submitted a work order on my behalf. I called again after the leak worsened. The second person that I spoke to didn’t hang up right after our call. I overheard her tell Alexis that “your friend called and I told him that you were busy.” It’s an old building and things break, I get that. My issue has been with the property management staff and their lack of communication/professionalism. Apartments look nice, but be weary.
