The management team here is really one in a million. The apartments are nice and for a good price. The one- bedroom apartments are especially energy-efficient. The apartments are all insulated very well in the walls so you'll basically never hear your next-door neighbors; however the floors and ceilings carry noise through easily...you'll probably hear your neighbors a lot and if they are disrespectful people you're in for a miserable time because you can hear EVERYTHING (like if your downstairs neighbor plays Call of Duty and loves shouting at the game and never SHUTS UP...or sings 'Simple Man' badly at the top of his lungs at 2 in the morning.....fun...). However! The staff handle complaints quickly and issues always get resolved whether it's noise or maintenance, whatever. Most of the renters here are nice and polite. The apartments are cozy, they come with a dishwasher and large fridge, they don't have balconies but you get a nice big picture window. The laundry area has updated machines now and they work great. The apartments are really good but the staff is what really makes this place awesome. We would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Apartment complex was quiet and clean, I didn't have many maintenance issues and they were always quick to respond to any concerns. Budget friendly and close to Dillons. Thanks!! :)
