So it has definitely been an up and down rollercoaster living here but now they have things in the office figured out everything seems to be back on track. I definitely want to give a huge shout out to, Liliana Arellano , in the office we started off not so great but she has been a huge help to me she has definitely gone above and beyond for me , and I'm not the easiest person to deal with for sure, so thank you so so so much Liliana for dealing with me and really caring when most times it seems nobody cares I truly appreciate it more than I could ever put in words... I've come to realize not everything is perfect you have to make due with what you have and always be appreciative. So just wanna once again give a shout out to Liliana in the office and all of the maintenance guys they are working hard to correct the mistakes the previous group of maintenance guys jacked up... There are Alot of apartments here and while they don't look like the show apartment as I've said nothing is perfect Alot of apartments around are way worse than these ones and they are trying, of course they aren't going to have happy attitudes when people are coming at them sideways, has anyone tried being nice polite humble yourself? I did and guess what things got done funny how that works. I feel they care about the tenants it's just been hard having to fix everything before they can start a new. Have patience people please... Thank you so much everyone here I am truly thankful. UPDATE 08/05/2024 Ok kind words owner, but they are just that words and probably computer generated or some poor shlub that answers all the reviews. You say if we can make.your stay more positive or whatever, um then why are you trying to evict me for non payment when I tried to make a payment several times and they wouldn't accept it? This was after I had already talked to someone in the office and she agreed to work with me on payments then after the first payment, because it wasn't an amount big enough she then took back her word and then I had a large payment to make she turned me down saying she can no longer take partial payments from me!! And I've been a damn good tenant for 4 years on top of that I always advocate for this property anytime someone has anything bad to say, only to be treated this way looked at like a irresponsible person that wasn't trying to pay rent .. I see what people are talking about everything is great here when it's great, but when it's one thing gone wrong it is the worse place to be I used to love living here, now I can't stand being here. Being looked at with hatred by the women in the office how is that welcoming how can that make you feel like communicating with anyone . All that matters to them now is the Venezuelans moving in I mean taking over! Update 08/13/2024Resolution?! What resolution sir/madame, they have already started the eviction. Now any money I could have given them is spent on storage, 100s of dollars , and moving costs. Not to mention the humiliation of my packing all my things and rolling away twp
