I’m kind of sick of these bad reviews especially about the water shut off. If there’s a leak it needs to be turned off to fix just like if you owned a house. Yes it’s inconvenience but it’s not the apartments fault. They provided water and an emailed about it. The apartment is nice and amazing location. The people In the office are always friendly. There are only two of them and every time I walk by they have someone they are helping. If I call and leave a voicemail or email them I get a response within 24 hours. I feel like people just love to complain but never write anything positive. It’s sad to be honest. You are living in a building with a ton on neighbors not a house. Appreciate everyone who works there to keep it going. Maintenance is always amazing and gets to my work orders in a timely manner. Again. It’s an apartment not their fault residents wreck things…..
