I really enjoyed living at Maple Leaf. I can't say enough great things about the apartment manager Renee. She's professional, approachable, friendly, and very responsive. Maintenance was also very responsive. The few times I needed help or work done, I was contacted immediately. The work was done fast and efficiently. Jeff, the head of maintenance was always friendly and professional. I sought out this location because it's beautiful, well maintained, peaceful, and minutes away from all the places I frequented regularly. I will recommend Maple Leaf to anyone who's in search of a great place to call home. Thank you!
Maple Leaf was such a wonderful home for my husband, puppy and I. We were in search of a home two weeks before our wedding and we got right in to Maple Leaf with such ease. We stayed for 3 years. And we would still be there if we didn't relocate for my husbands job. Renee and her maintenance staff were wonderful. The staff was always available to help and were very friendly! The apartments are beautiful and offer so much including updated kitchens and bathrooms, great location and access to greenbelts and parks. I would definitely recommend making Maple Leaf your next home.

Andrew and his team have been so helpful in getting me moved in. Tae is the best maintenance guy ever! He is on top of his game! He responds to my service requests quickly and professionally and fixes things correctly - He's a rockstar!

Both Kristen and Tae have been extremely helpful during my move. There were several small issues with my unit and they both addressed them quickly and satisfactorily.
I’ve lived here for 5 years and after a horrible management company took over for a short while a few years ago, the new company is working to bring trust back to the rental community. There’s still glitches but it’s gotten much better.
Last night my washing machine died mid-wash, I submitted a service request this morning and Tae was ON IT. He ordered a new washer and I’ll be back to laundry early next week. He was super helpful and I really appreciate how fast he replied. Thanks, Tae!

Our new maintenance manager Tae came in to fix a couple of problems with our home. He is very personable, nice, and efficient. He came in and fixed everything in a timely manner, while also being very kind, and nice. I am grateful for this new management!
