Located in the heart of Arvada among Davis Park, Maple Leaf features one and two bedroom apartment homes with all the perks, including stainless steel appliances, washer & dryers, fireplaces, and spacious kitchens. We are 5 minutes from the downtown Arvada historic district where there are shops, restaurants and other entertainment. We are a pet friendly community with a city managed walking trail that runs through our property Rental amount does not include variable monthly utilities and non-optional reoccurring fees.

I really enjoyed living at Maple Leaf. I can't say enough great things about the apartment manager Renee. She's professional, approachable, friendly, and very responsive. Maintenance was also very responsive. The few times I needed help or work done, I was contacted immediately. The work was done fast and efficiently. Jeff, the head of maintenance was always friendly and professional. I sought out this location because it's beautiful, well maintained, peaceful, and minutes away from all the places I frequented regularly. I will recommend Maple Leaf to anyone who's in search of a great place to call home. Thank you!

Maple Leaf was such a wonderful home for my husband, puppy and I. We were in search of a home two weeks before our wedding and we got right in to Maple Leaf with such ease. We stayed for 3 years. And we would still be there if we didn't relocate for my husbands job. Renee and her maintenance staff were wonderful. The staff was always available to help and were very friendly! The apartments are beautiful and offer so much including updated kitchens and bathrooms, great location and access to greenbelts and parks. I would definitely recommend making Maple Leaf your next home.
