My entire experience with NWFF has been 5/5, from leasing to moving in to living here for a week now. I was living in Florida when I identified the property, and right from the jump the staff (Brett specifically!) was incredibly accommodating - we did multiple different virtual tours together and the entire team was extremely responsive to all my inquiries. Brett was particularly helpful during leasing and move in - he made the whole experience seamless and simple. Living here has thus far met or exceeded all of my expectations - the property, units, and amenities are fantastic. Thank you, Brett, Ashley, and the rest of the team who has helped make this process great.

I love living at Novel White Fence Farm. The staff is friendly, flexible, and accommodating. I lived at a Novel community in Charlotte before moving back to Colorado, and I specifically searched for Novel communities. I’ve been here almost 9 months. The apartments are nice, and seem to be great quality compared to other places I’ve lived. I am the first person to live in my unit which makes it seem more my own, and also means I haven’t had any issues. There were 2 screws that needed tightening when I moved in, and maintenance fixed it right away. There have been issues with the smell of marijuana in my building, down my hallway, but management took care of it right away and it really hasn’t been an issue since. The amenities are great and make me feel like I’m living at a resort sometimes. The surrounding area is nice to for walking and running. I love living here, and hope to stay until I’m able to purchase a home.
