My entire experience with NWFF has been 5/5, from leasing to moving in to living here for a week now. I was living in Florida when I identified the property, and right from the jump the staff (Brett specifically!) was incredibly accommodating - we did multiple different virtual tours together and the entire team was extremely responsive to all my inquiries. Brett was particularly helpful during leasing and move in - he made the whole experience seamless and simple. Living here has thus far met or exceeded all of my expectations - the property, units, and amenities are fantastic. Thank you, Brett, Ashley, and the rest of the team who has helped make this process great.

I love living at Novel White Fence Farm. The staff is friendly, flexible, and accommodating. I lived at a Novel community in Charlotte before moving back to Colorado, and I specifically searched for Novel communities. I’ve been here almost 9 months. The apartments are nice, and seem to be great quality compared to other places I’ve lived. I am the first person to live in my unit which makes it seem more my own, and also means I haven’t had any issues. There were 2 screws that needed tightening when I moved in, and maintenance fixed it right away. There have been issues with the smell of marijuana in my building, down my hallway, but management took care of it right away and it really hasn’t been an issue since. The amenities are great and make me feel like I’m living at a resort sometimes. The surrounding area is nice to for walking and running. I love living here, and hope to stay until I’m able to purchase a home.

The reason this place gets 5 stars is solely because of Equity’s new Manager Gabriel I. This place did deserve 2.5 stars max!!! With such a luxurious place to live was faulted by previous management with frequent turn overs of employees in the leasing office. With multiple managers who were unable to respond, nonetheless help with my situation. I had run into financial difficulty to pay the last 3 months of my lease due to a separation and trying to save a vehicle that still broke down after 7k of repairs this year alone. I applied for rental assistance and needed WFF to complete the landlords side of the application since June 2024. Which was not moving forward until the beginning of August 2024 when Equity took over with Gabriel as manager and was on top of everything with quick responses and constant attention to the issues he had inherited. With in 1-2 weeks of their transition Gabriel actually took the time with me everyday at one point in time to understand my situation and has been helping since with the same amount of care! I was approved for the rental assistance and due to some technicalities had been delayed but Gabe is still responding to the needs of my case daily. Gabriel was the light in my life during this difficult where I owed 3months rent and had been requested help since June 20th after my 10 day notice was up. No apartment should let a tenant accrue $6k in debt with noway to pay without in full.Felt like a financial trap that was going to ruin my life, credit, and chances of renting any were decent. Gabe was able to do everything and more and has been on my side advocating for me since day one and well after moving out. This man deserves a raise I pray that he gets, a bonus, but all I can provide is word to shout out his outstanding customer service and amazing management skills. This place is in great hands with him there. This place is a beautiful place to live and strongly recommended. With useful amenities, events, and has a great hidden trail behind the property. Was able to get my son hot chocolate and myself a stellar cup of coffee on cold days. On hot days I would teach my Sons to ride their bike on the peaceful trail or enjoy their year round pool/hot tub. Prior Tenant of White Fence Farms from June 28th 2023 to August 29th, 2024
