I lived at the Urby for a year, and it was nothing short of incredible. The leasing manager, Ashley Hernandez, provided an outstanding experience as she guided me through the property. She helped me find the perfect apartment with a spectacular ocean view and even saved me money. The property is exceptionally clean, with janitors constantly maintaining it. There’s also a fantastic maintenance guy named John who is a great person and assisted me with several projects. Unlike many other properties, Urby is very flexible and accommodating with anything you need. I can’t express enough how satisfied I was and would definitely live here again if I take another job in NY. 5 Stars ⭐️

Ike is awesome. He’s personable, helpful, very on the ball. He goes out of his way to make URBY great for both residents and guests. When I moved in he was so great and helped me know where to go for things. Always calm even when he’s very busy. Dude Rocks! All the staff here are outstanding honestly and always smiling even when stressed by so much going on. I recommend it here. Worth every dollar!
