I’ve loved living here! Management has always responded to my maintenance requests in a timely manner and I’ve honestly never had an issue with Yale Management communications - on the contrary, they’ve been very professional. There was a time when there was flooding in the apartment due to a leaky pipe so I contacted the manager and he was able to get maintenance to work in the apartment ASAP! I also love the little garden courtyard we have. They do raise your rent yearly though... but then again so does everyone. As far as the neighborhood goes, there’s pupusa/taco trucks all along Sherman Way and a tamales lady on Sundays. There’s a good mix of mom & pop shops and vintage finds and chains. And we’re within walking distance to Follow Your Heart! There might by some homeless here and there but that has less to do with the building and more to do with the economy.

Nice building, however management is TERRIBLE !! Yale Management never answers or returns phone calls no matter how urgent the matter is. They also raise your rent every year.Im not talking 25 even 50 $. Im talking 100 dollar increase. Which is getting ridiculous.would much rather invest in a better location on the nice side of West Hills. The street has heavy drug activity and alot of homeless.I wouldnt recommend anyone to move into this building.Also theirs bedbugs in a few units and manager refuses to acknowledge the problem. Ive also had few neighbors discuss with me a roach problem.... The manager should be replaced on the count of him having favoritism towards certain tenants...
